2. Description of Service
Xtreme HD IPTV provides subscription access to internet-delivered live television channels and video-on-demand content ("the Service"). The Service requires a compatible device, a compatible IPTV player application, and a stable internet connection, none of which are provided by us.
3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase a subscription. You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial viewing unless you hold a valid reseller agreement with us, and not to resell, redistribute, share credentials publicly, or attempt to circumvent connection limits associated with your plan.
4. Account Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the plan duration you select at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase; you are responsible for renewing before your subscription expires to avoid interruption of service.
6. Service Availability
While we work to maintain high uptime and channel reliability, IPTV delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device compatibility, and upstream content providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of every channel at all times.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Prohibited Content & Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account used for fraud, abuse, credential sharing beyond the permitted number of connections, or any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law, without refund where permitted by our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme HD IPTV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
